Grades of Posts

We receive requests for all grades of staff, the most common being for Senior II and Senior I posts where a minimum of 2-3 years experience is often required. Basic grade and OT Assistant positions are quite frequent too.

Duration of Posts

Occupational Therapy locum vacancies run from anything between 1 to 2 weeks to 6 to 12 months. On average a locum post is around 2 to 3 months. Reed Health also provide fixed short-term contract posts, usually for 3, 6 or 12 months and posts can be full-time or part-time.

In some areas we deal with sessional weekend and evening work. As an Occupational Therapist, you take part in contracts undertaking one-off and home assessments. If you are interested in a permanent role we have a team dedicated to permanent placements in regular contact with clients across the UK and Ireland.
